Drunken man and judge

- Judge: Jerry Bowden, you are accused of driving in a drunken state. Do you have any excuses?
- Defendant: I am innocent! I have delicate aptitude. It tells me not to be drunk but just slightly glazed.

- Judge: The court respects his delicate aptitude. The court did not punish him for one month in prison but only 30 days in prison.
